Rather than simply teaching methods and skills, she focuses on supporting students in establishing daily practices they can sustain for a lifetime.   Shoden Beginning Reiki I Workshop

  The Reiki 1 workshop introduces one to basic principles and techniques and assumes that you have no prior knowledge or experience of Reiki. Reiki I invites us to connect with Reiki on a physical level so that we can touch or beam the energy. The process includes a physical cleansing and clears pathways for a stronger channeling of universal life force energy and an increase in psychic and spiritual awareness.

  Okuden Inner Teaching Reiki 2 Workshop

  Reiki Distance Healing
  Berkeley, CA

  Reiki 2 includes a process of emotional and mental clearing, including enhanced intuitive abilities and psychic awareness, through which people often report a deeper connection to Spirit. A Reiki 2 attunement connects one to the Reiki symbols and sounds that make possible the channeling of Reiki across time and space. For example, through Reiki distance healing you will be able to send Reiki to someone not in the same location as you, or in a different time, such as to our mothers or ourselves at our birth, back in time to a traumatic event, or to the future for an expected situation.

  Reiki 2 also enables one to treat destinations where physical touch is not possible, such as
  relationships, ideas, groups, large geographical areas, concepts, etc. Reiki 2 makes you part of the healing of humanity in a new way.

  Reiki 2 allows you to expand the Reiki practice in 3 ways:

  1. Reiki distance healing across space
  2. Abstract healing to that which cannot be touched physically
  3. Healing across time

  Shinpiden Mystery Teaching Reiki 3 Course

  Berkeley, CA

  In this class you will learn the Reiki 3 symbols that enable the channeling of Reiki energy on a Master level. You will learn specific techniques to deepen your treatments and enhance awareness. This will prepare you for Reiki 4 class, in which you will learn how to pass on attunements.

  Reiki Master Apprenticeship

  Berkeley, CA

  “A Reiki Master is not someone who has mastered Reiki, but someone whom Reiki has mastered.”

  By the end of this training candidates will be able to:

  1. Practice Reiki on self and others on a master level.
  2. Be well versed in intermediate and advanced symbols and mantras and their appropriate
     use.
  3. Be able to pass on attunements to students and teach them Reiki
  4. Be versed in the basics of esoteric anatomy including chakras, auras, and other subtle
     energy fields.
  5. Have a functional set of professional guidelines for yourself when working with clients
     and students
  6. Have an understanding of Reiki in the context of the transformation of Qi.
  7. Understand how to detect changes in the subtle energy fields and how to respond.
  8. Have an idea of how to treat specific ailments with a variety of appropriate hand positions

  Reiki Shares (Reiki Mawashi)

  Berkeley, CA

  Reiki Shares are open to anyone wishing to experience Reiki energy and learn more about it. After a check in we will practice exchanging Reiki with each other. You will have the chance to have many hands on you at once for a big blast of Reiki energy. In addition, special connections with sweet Reiki people can be formed.

  Aura and Pendulum Workshop

  in the Berkeley Hills, CA

  Explore the 4 layers of the Aura with depth and precision. Learn how to sense the different layers, which parts of the Aura to treat for specific disharmonies, and how to diagnose auric Imbalances.   Chakra Workshop

  in the Berkeley Hills, CA

  Chakras as innate power centers: Depth and detail will be given with each chakra and it’s representation, function, and sensation essential oils for energizing each chakra bija mantras sounds which open each chakra hands on work to balance individual energy centers specific crystals to harmonize and balance yantras (visual representatios) to awaken meditations to attune oneself to each chakra’s energy and explanations of each chakra’s function for a more complete understanding. imbalance and disharmony of each chakra for increased treatment potential.   Crystals and Toning Workshop

  in the Berkeley Hills, CA

  Crystals are powerful tools for harmonizing, energizing, and calming our systems. Learn different ways to use crystals, where to place them, and which crystals correspond with each chakra. We will also cover toning and chanting. This class will include a refresher Reiki attunement as well as group Reiki. Open to those with Reiki level I or higher.

  Reiki and Asian Medical Theory

  Reiki’s history is steeped in Japanese Culture and Medicine originating with Dr. Usui, a Buddhist monk. In this workshop we will integrate and explore some of the deeper aspects of Reiki in the context of Traditional Asian Medicine. We will learn how to be more specific in treating disharmonies and supporting the inner light and wisdom present in each of us.

  This is an advanced course and recommended for those whose are students, practitioners, and teachers of energetic medicine. This course will include a Refresher Reiki Attunement

  We will explore:

  1. The six functions of qi (why is it so vital anyway?)
  2. The three treasures – (what they are- including their function and corresponding organs)
  3. The 5 vital substances of the body.
  4. Traditional Reiki Positions and their corresponding meridians, acupuncture points, diseases treated, organs, anatomy, and emotions according to Traditional Asian Medicine.
  5. Classification and production of Qi – There are many different types of qi, interacting in a complex matrix that helps maintain the six functions of qi. For example, we will explore qing qi, gu qi, zhong qi, Yuan qi, zong qi, zhen qi, wei qi.
  6. Organs and Qi- each organ is responsible for moving qi in a particular direction. Learn what happens when qi gets stuck in a particular disharmony- and how to recognize and treat it.
  7. Qi pathologies- deficiency, sinking, and stagnation
  8. The relationship of qi, blood, and body fluids.

  Reiki and the 7 Emotions

  in the Berkeley Hills, CA

  The 7 emotions as described in traditional Asian medicine can be treated and harmonized effectively with Reiki. Learn specific hand locations to treat each emotion, which organ the emotions are associated with, and how to recognize organ imbalance through an emotional landscape. In addition, we will look at how to use wisdom to differentiate helpful emotions form those that cause or signal imbalance in the being. Open to those with Reiki level I or higher.

  Reiki and Yoga Workshop

  in the Berkeley Hills, CA

  How can we incorporate yoga into our Reiki practice and Reiki into our yoga practice more effectively. Learn positions to use in your own practice as well as ones to assist others. Please bring your yoga mat and any props that you have to create a more restorative yoga environment. This class will include a refresher Reiki attunement as well as group Reiki. Open to those with Reiki level I or higher.
