About the school
The Wu Wei School of Reiki was founded by Bronwyn Michaelis, LAc who has been teaching Reiki since 1998. The school offers comprehensive training in all aspects of Reiki from beginning level to Master Level Classes as well as training in Traditional Asian Medicine, esoteric anatomy, auras, chakras, crystals, toning, and ReikiYoga. The classes include traditional Usui Reiki and Japanese Reiki Techniques and are grounded in a background of functional medicine and extensive clinical experience.

Philosophy
Reiki supports the inner light and consciousness alive and present in each of us. It calls us to sit with the self and understand how to use inner natural resources to heal ourselves and others. Inner medicine is wonderful to pursue as it resources our living energy within and teaches us how to use it to respond to all things. It embodies Wu Wei, or non-action, that leads us back to balance and deep awareness.

Reiki Clinic
The Reiki clinic provides an opportunity for people to practice Reiki in a professional setting with members of the community. Volunteering at the clinic is a chance to receive mentorship and be supported without having to set up a private practice. It is an invaluable opportunity for hands on practice where you will be supported through your journey. It is also a great place for people to receive Reiki at a low cost and experience it’s benefits first hand. Pre-requisite for volunteering at the clinic is Reiki I level certification or higher.

Wu Wei Reiki Certification
The certification of Reiki practitioners is designed to ensure consistency in a high quality of Reiki training. There are 4 levels of certification involved to suit all levels of interest on the Reiki path. The Wu Wei School of Reiki is one of the the most professional and demanding Reiki certifications in the industry. In order to maintain a high quality of training and professionalism class sizes are limited and individual attention is assured. Because each student has different professional and personal goals in their Reiki journey we provide a variety of classes to fit your needs.

How you can use Reiki healing with Reiki Training

• On your body and other people’s bodies.
• On plants and trees.
• On pets and other animals.
• On your food—especially when coming from an unknown source such as a restaurant. If the food is already made with love this may not be as necessary.
• In rooms to cleanse and purify the space. Beam Reiki to the corners of the room.
• Outside ones house for protection. Beam it.
• To cleanse and purify crystals.
• Reactivating homeopathic and flower essence remedies.
• For empowering massage or other bodywork.
• To energize something—food, drink, baths, plants, animals.
• Over a written problem to manifest clarity.
• Protection.
• On transportation—beam Reiki on your bicycle, train, or car, for protection.
• For creativity—Reiki bare canvas, blank pages, letters, clay, stone, or your computer.
• To enhance ones presence, especially in difficult situations with communication, beam Reiki from the eyes. (Be sure there is permission, even if only from the higher self.)
